We at LIFE Pittsburgh are committed to helping you remain as independent as possible. We offer a program of health and health-related services, all designed to keep you living in the familiar surroundings of your own community, preferably in your own home, as long as is desired and feasible.

Our unique program and financing arrangements allow us to provide the most unique and flexible benefits of any health care plan. At the time you enroll into LIFE Pittsburgh, you are provided an Enrollment Agreement explaining the benefits of this program. As a Participant of the program, we urge you to review this agreement and feel free to ask any questions.

All services provided or arranged by LIFE Pittsburgh are fully covered when approved by the health team. You will receive the care you need. We have agreements with specialists, laboratory and diagnostic testing services, and with hospitals and nursing facilities.
