Allegheny Circle Two-Way Conversion Project

The City of Pittsburgh’s Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI) is excited to announce that construction began for Phase 2 of the Allegheny Circle Two-Way Conversion Project on April 19, 2021. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
